As a primer, I'll begin. I've fished in 5 states (Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee, Alabama, and Arkansas) and 2 countries (USA, Canada). Quote

Canada; BC, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, some of the Maritime provinces, England, Scotland, Costa Rica and Mexico. 45 years of business and vacation travels with fishing as a goal.
