Has nyone had any experience with the Triple Trout lures?  My local tackle shop has several and I was wondering if they were worth the investment.

Yep. Excellent baits. Better get one before they are gone. As soon as word gets out they have them they will sell fast.

I looked at the colors when I was there but don't know the name for them. So, I like this color and I guess Mike likes it too. ;D My partner fishes one with no paint on it. It's just plain white and it catches a bunch of fish so the paint might not matter much.

Oh yeah. They are absolutely killer on suspended fish. I don't think color is important, but I would suggest a 7" or 8" size. I feel like 6" is too small. Well worth the investment and so is a good lure retriever.

BTW, Thats the Hitch color.  I personally like the following colors

Hitch

Kokanne

Golden Shiner

Blue Back Herring

But to be honest I have a trout colored Triple Trout and it gets bit too LOL  I'm not so sure color matters much ;)
