1-15 1/4. I'm adding a quarter only because that fish looks like it hasn't taken a dump.

I do love the Roland Martin, 'shove the fish into the camera lens to make it look way bigger than it really is' effect.  If your arm was a foot longer it might look like a 2 1/2 lber.

It was 2 lbs. 9 oz.

The other one was 2-9  :-?  and this one is clearly bigger. I say 2-10.
