coffee Posted April 17, 2009 Posted April 17, 2009 Al Linder and Doug Stange, these two guys sure know how to teach the craft of fishing. I am a big fan of In Fisherman TV and magazine and these two guys are two of the reasons why. Quote

502largemouth Posted April 17, 2009 Posted April 17, 2009 I have to say, unequivocally, without a doubt, my youngest daughter Hayley and my son Kyle. Pro or famous? Mark Zona Cyas, D Quote
BassnMan Mike Posted April 17, 2009 Posted April 17, 2009 1. Dad. No matter how busy he was, at times working 3 jobs at once to keep food on the table and a roof over our heads, he would always make time to take me fishing. I sure do miss him. 2. Denny Brauer. Taught me alot about jig fishing 3. Dick Trask. The inventor of the split shot rig. I fished with him many times on Lake Isabella and he taught me how to fine tune my finesse fishing skills. He was a very giving person, even though he was onery, and he became a great friend. I sure do miss as well. 4. Aaron Martens. I've fished against him and his mom Carol back in the ABA days, one heck of a stick and one heck of a nice guy. Quote

mrlitetackle Posted April 18, 2009 Posted April 18, 2009 surprised no one has mentioned my all time favorite (prob. bc he is not strictly a bass fisherman...)....but my vote goes hands down to......................Larry Dahlberg (Hunt for Big Fish) Quote
mrlitetackle Posted April 18, 2009 Posted April 18, 2009 sorry......don't quite know how i missed it, but there were a few responses for larry dahlberg.... either way , my number one choice..... he's seemingly been everywhere, and c'mon he knows his stuff....also, have you seen his basement/luremaking ability!!!! honestly, i would love to have a personally made Dahlberg lure to be able to fish with, that would be great!!!!! ;D Quote
