arkbassguy Posted May 20, 2009 Posted May 20, 2009 im fishing from the bank throwing about 15-20 yards away from some great cover around trees, i cant seem to find a bait that will get the fish to come to, ive tryed alot of them, the water is murky, about 12-15 ft deep at one end, like 3ft deep at the other end. The fish bite pretty decent at the shallow end, but at the deep end is where the Hawgs have always been caught or seen.....what can i throw out there to entice these lunkers Quote
Use ONLY Stren Posted May 20, 2009 Posted May 20, 2009 Try black/blue jig with a good sized trailer, and fish it very SLOW. Quote
Super User fishfordollars Posted May 20, 2009 Super User Posted May 20, 2009 Jigs and 10" worms. I like a brown jig with a green/pumpkin trailer, and it won't hurt if the twin tail traler has some blue specks in it. Depending on the type of day or weather I like a Watermelon/red, black/Neon, or camo color in my larger worms. Quote
Uncle Leo Posted May 20, 2009 Posted May 20, 2009 If you know that they are there then try a T-Rigged Senko. Slowly drag and then deadstick. Quote
