BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted April 12, 2009 BassResource.com Administrator Posted April 12, 2009 The sponsors really pulled through this year to really make the tackle packs and raffle absolutely outstanding! I also want to thank Don Barone (DB) of ESPN for coming and spreading his humor. In addition, I want to thank Kevin Wirth and Bill Dance for almost coming. Kevin was at the lake, but came off the water too late to join us. And Bill's schedule conflicted with this event, otherwise he would have been there. But it's a good sign of how popular this event is getting! Quote
Super User SoFlaBassAddict Posted April 13, 2009 Super User Posted April 13, 2009 Nice bunch of stuff right there. Gotta love when sponsors do that kind of thing for the consumers. Quote

BUCKEYEone Posted April 13, 2009 Posted April 13, 2009 After seeing Burley's pictures and reading all the posts I HAVE to make it next year. Kentucky Lake was the best location for me to attend, but I couldn't make it this year. I cannot wait to see the video from this '09 outing, and I will start saving for next year's trip next week! Super User cart7t Posted April 14, 2009 Super User Posted April 14, 2009 Didn't even know we had pickerel here in KY You should've seen the one Speedbead caught, er uh, hooked. He started yelling, "It's a Musky, I think it's a Musky!" It turned out to be a pretty good sized pickerel. I guess it was good sized, I've never caught one before so I'm taking his word for it. He got it right to the boat and half out of the water when it came unglued. Quote
