bigtimfish Posted April 24, 2009 Posted April 24, 2009 I have fished a lot on t-bend with my friend at night. he fishes a long point that extends into the lake. I have noticed as the moon rises and falls he will follow the moon around the point staying on the brighter side of the shoreline. If there is any moon at all he will do this. Is this habit or do you think there is a reason ? Quote
Super User Catt Posted April 24, 2009 Super User Posted April 24, 2009 The light from the moon illuminates the bait against the surface for more contrast making it is easier for the bass & angler to connect. Quote
kms399 Posted April 24, 2009 Posted April 24, 2009 wow I never would have thought of that. I love this site. Quote
Super User fishfordollars Posted April 24, 2009 Super User Posted April 24, 2009 Yep and I have a friend that prefers to fish the shaddows as the moon moves. Guess it takes all kinds. Quote
