My question to you would be what was the weather like during the week leading up to the tournament?

I would flip a black and blue jig tight to cover and fish slowly if the water temps have dropped like they have here in Texas the fish get real tight to cover, those fish that were on beds when this blew in will still be there, but the rest that were roaming should be tight to cover.

Unstable weather conditions dictate slow approaches with finesse lures; look at the first and second break line way from the bank.

Is that your recommendation on Toledo this weekend as well?  I am not fishing there but I know there are several tournaments there this weekend and alot of those guys are thinking WTH.
