kevin07 Posted January 18, 2009 Posted January 18, 2009 Dont know if this poll was done before, just want to see when people use this forum the most. Quote
Super User Gatorbassman Posted January 18, 2009 Super User Posted January 18, 2009 Our busiest time of the year is the spring. But Bass Resource is the busiest of all the bass websites 365 days a year. Quote
ejtaylor822 Posted January 19, 2009 Posted January 19, 2009 .....Bass Resource is the busiest of all the bass websites 365 days a year. And there's a good reason for that! I am probably on here the most in the winter when the days are short. Quote
Mac1 Posted January 19, 2009 Posted January 19, 2009 I would say any free time. This site is my antidote for hard water. Quote
Hoytman#1 Posted January 19, 2009 Posted January 19, 2009 More when I have cabin fever which is in the winter so that's really the same for me. Once the spring hits I am like a ghost, cause I spend all my free time on the water. Lets see spring / Summer schedule go to work 9 hours, come home get boat go fish 7 hours, come home do my honey do list usually about 1 hour a day. Eat go to sleep 7 hours, then repeat. Weekends are usually filled with 10 hours fishing each day and a tournament about every other weekend. So I don't have near the time to hang out online once the water isn't hard! Quote
Calcutta Posted January 19, 2009 Posted January 19, 2009 Im here all the time. Ever heard of the bait monkey? Ive got a forum monkey! If I dont come here I go crazy! Quote
Super User Raul Posted January 19, 2009 Super User Posted January 19, 2009 All year long I 'm here boring ya 'll, the 'puter is at my business so I 'm logged in during the business hours I 'm here ( 10 AM - 3, 3:30 PM ). Quote
kevin07 Posted January 19, 2009 Author Posted January 19, 2009 Im mostly here in the winter until the bass start hitting then im always on the water. This forum keeps me sane in the winter though. I think i would be a mad man if it wasnt for this forum Quote
Super User CWB Posted January 19, 2009 Super User Posted January 19, 2009 I've probably gotten more help and advice here in 6 months than in 6 years of trying to pry info from baitshops etc. My wife thinks I'm having an online affair I'm on here so much. Hmmm. I guess you could call it an affair. Maybe not. Been cooped up too long. Quote
simplejoe Posted January 19, 2009 Posted January 19, 2009 I'm on the internet in general more in the winter, so much fishing and so little time thoughout the other months. With that thing that they call work gets in the way most of the time. > ;D When I'm at the office I'll sit down and the first thing I do is log onto here and see what's new. I don't do that for any other forum Quote
Super User Bassn Blvd Posted January 19, 2009 Super User Posted January 19, 2009 I'm pretty sure I've been on here everyday year round. Quote
JShrock07 Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 I am mostly on here in the wintertime since I obviously can't be out fishing. But it is also a good time to look back on the year and remeber everything you have learned from this informative site. Quote
Super User fishinfiend Posted January 20, 2009 Super User Posted January 20, 2009 I like this site year round. Quote
Super User Sam Posted January 20, 2009 Super User Posted January 20, 2009 This place is my "mental health" escape. Quote
zbass Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 Seeing as how I have not been posting very long on here, I can't say year round. Although that is not going to be the issue. ALL YEAR BABY!! This place ROCKS!!! Quote
drmnbig Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 I haven't been on here very long and it's already an addiction. It's just a matter of time before my boss finds out how much time I'm on here and boots me off. lol Quote
skillet Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 Voted "all of the above". Don't post as much as most but still around. One of the few things that seems to keep me on the safe side of the RAGGED EDGE !!!! skillet Quote
Super User KYntucky Warmouth Posted January 20, 2009 Super User Posted January 20, 2009 I'm gonna say when I've got the cabin fever. Started in the summer when I was cooped up in bed after surgery and not able to fish and now it's winter......... so yeah Quote
DADto4 Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 I've found that if you "get away" for too long you miss out on what's new day to day, so you spend more time catching up than participating. Theres nothing more frusrating than being left behind! It's rather addicting. Quote
Bass_Fanatic Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 This place is the most addictive fishing forums of the web, but I only got internet at work, so not on near as much as would like to. :'( Quote
JonU Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 ... just want to see when people use this forum the most. WHEN I'M LOOKING AT NEW STUFF!! Seriously, now I wouldn't buy fishing equipment without looking here first. -Jon Quote
Bassaholic84 Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 Definetly year round i think i may get on more when i am fishing other then the winter. Great articles and you can usually find out how some lures and reels are before you buy em Quote
Super User Bankbeater Posted January 23, 2009 Super User Posted January 23, 2009 I've noticed I get on more at work that when I'm at home. Quote
