Fall River Cold Fronts

I'm fishing a tournament at the Chick River this weekend(tidal river in va). A big cold front is coming through off of a week in the high 80's. Do yall think this will effect the fishing. What do yall usually do for a fall river cold front????

I am kind of wondering the same thing. I have an important event this weekend on the river as well.

Anybody know what the fish will do in a river system when the temperatures drop?

My favorite cold front lure is the jig and pig. Cast it beyond the structure you are fishing and work it back slowly. You will want to get the lure as close to the structure as possible because the fish will be holding tight on the side with less current. Look for bottom structure such as rock piles, points, stumps, and drop offs.
