I fish crankbaits more in the prespawn than any other time. Thats why I like so many. Heres my top 5 choices put into early prespawn and late prespawn.

-55-really cold or cold front

jointed shad rap-great wiggle secret bait of mine most people dont have

CC Shad-another secret has lots of thump but poorly made. 2 out 3 need serious tuning and 1 out of 5 cant be tuned right ever. Still a great bait and worth it.

Wiggle Wart-what needs to be said great bait just flat works and is different from my other choices

+55-give or take

Speed trap-nice bait great for running banks dives just right depth for running and gunning

Shad rap-I like it over the jointed one for faster speeds

DB3-my choice for big fish

All the baits work anytime but usually these are the different times I go to different ones. All these baits are good coldwater baits but some work better faster or slower.

So what are your favorites?
