No offense but I am more interested in the Photoshop work. That is tight!

Nice bass too though, my biggest this year was only about 4 pounds and I am a little south of you.  Last weekend on a buzzbait.

I'm probably at a pound or a pound and a half  on the largemouth side...I'm giving burley a run for his title "dinkmaster".

However my smallmouth is at 2 pounds plus....caught yesterday(5-24-08)

I think i target smallmouths more than i do largemouths.

0lbs 0oz    Im still hunting for my first catch.     Learning as I go tho.    Im getting alot of bites lately. The first one should be coming this summer!

And I picked up on your photoshop skills as soon as I saw that picture.       Ive worked in Graphic Arts and was raised on adobe programs. If you arent in the graphic art field, you should look into it. Thats a nice layout.

it wasnt mine but...

when i was a boy, three of us were out in a cartopper untangling lines and after we had gotten the two untied we noticed one rod missing. a quick scan around the area showed a butt of a rod waving in the air, caught on some weeds. my friend grabbed it and reeled to find an 8 lbs largie. and for Canada thats no slouch!

So far the biggest Bass caught was about a 1/2 pounder i'd say. About 8 inches long but it fought like hell. I'd lose my pants if i pulled in a bass as big as you guys are showing in the pics... Minus dinksters though... HA HA HA.

My largest this year is 7.8lbs.  I didn't have a camera with me because I caught it bankfishing during my lunchbreak :(  I've got to convince my wife to let me keep the digital camera in my tacklebox lol.

just under 4

not really post worthy but i'm very proud of this catch as my ridiculous determination paid off on it

rainbow trout bass assassin, wouldn't have it anyother way as i couldn't get a fish off it for a long time and sure enough it paid off when nothing else worked, another reason i'm very proud of this particular catch.

I don't have a picture of mine, but I have caught a 3lb spotted bass, out on clear lake, ca. a couple weeks ago.  Wasn't huge, but it took that wacky rigged watermelon with red flake, and ran!  It was on a brush pile, back on corinthian bay, just west of the county park.  It was a real pretty fish, the deepest emerald green you could imagine, and dark, black lines, and spots.  I have yet to get a largemouth this year!  I fish a lot of underwater trees, and such.

Always remember, large mouths like to hide under heavy structure! Docks, near boat ramps, and under heavy brush piles.  And they typically bite in water, with a temperature of 50-70 degrees!  They will be recognized by an olive color in murky water, and a darker shade of green in clearer water.  Their lower jaw extends to the middle of the eye.  Where as the spotted and small mouth only to the front of the eye.  ;)

Just some info for those whom don't know, or havent researched this!  I just found out most of this, just a few weeks ago, when I realized I had pictures from last year of a 4.6lb female...  Which I thought was a large mouth, but is, indeed, a spotted!  That's my biggest bass, and my first bass that year, on an ultra light cherry rod, and a 1" white thumper tail grub, and 1/32oz crappie jig.  What a fight it was on 4lb line!  I almost lost her in the brush!

8.5+ (just guessing, never weighed) and 23".

As you can see, on a white 1/4oz Fleck spinnerbait. And it hit with that amount of line out. Didn't have to reel once. 8-)

If that was a Tennessee hat you would look exactly like Bill Dance. :-?

My largest for this year: One on the left side was right at 7 lbs. and the one on the right was 5. Both caught on beds with flukes. Caught several others between 5-6 lbs, but 7 is the biggest so far this year.
