jasone Posted May 19, 2008 Posted May 19, 2008 Lake description: Creek that has been dammed. Basically a flooded creek. Water depth is 40 feet tops at the creek channel. 20 feet mostly around that and shallower slowly tapering banks. Water temperature is low 70's, bass are coming off the beds. There is a lot of flooded timber and stake beds for cover. There are a few rock piles, a flooded railroad and flooded paved road. The lake gets a ton of pressure and can produce large bass. That is what I am mostly after. How would you fish this lake? J Quote
Super User Catt Posted May 20, 2008 Super User Posted May 20, 2008 With post spawn conditions I would search the first and second break lines out from the bedding flats. Quote
BassResource.com Advertiser FD. Posted May 21, 2008 BassResource.com Advertiser Posted May 21, 2008 Deeper cover outside the flats with a big jig. Quote
