brgbassmaster Posted April 10, 2008 Posted April 10, 2008 i like buzzbiats, poppers or a spinnerbait works well to. those are my 3 go to lures in the rain. but one day me and my friend went out it was in october in michigan so it was freezing. it was pouring down rain 30 degrees and the bass were in about 1 ft of water all the way down the bank and we were throwing senkos one fish after another, 2-4lbers all of them. never forget that day. Joel W Posted April 10, 2008 Posted April 10, 2008 Nothing like fishing the rain in the summer time. Well, as long as it's not a down pour with T & L. My prefered lures are spinnerbaits, buzzbaits, and even a shallow running crankbait. Quote

formulagamble Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 Fish under alot of tree's if you can.....spinnerbait or buzzbait is good. Alot of tasty things get knocked off by rain and fish sit under and just wait. Quote
