ok so today i was thinking about the spawn (wont be for a while) and the water temperatures. i have no way of knowing what the temp of the pond i fish is but the water just off the coast of Ocean City is 45, does anyone have an idea of how much warmer the pond might be than the ocean

thanks  :)

Get a cheep floating thermometer at the pet store or Wal-Mart's pet section and take it to the pond with you.

Ditto on getting a thermometer. But I'd certainly start your fishing, as your pond has to be warmer than the ocean and 45°+ sounds worth it to me.
