Hey guys and gals, for a limited time we're accepting submissions to be on Lunkerville: The homegrown fishing show that features real people with real fish stories.

This spring, we're going on tour across the USA and Canada to fish with the most interesting bass fisherpeople we can find. If you want to be on the show, email us now and tell us why you think you'd be a good guest. There are 4 qualifications to being on Lunkerville in 2008:

#1 You not only love bass fishing, you're crazy about it. It occupies way too much of your time. Your friends and family think you have a problem.

#2 You're not a professional bass fisherman. You go to work everyday at a real job. You might fantasize about being a pro or just love recreational fishing, it doesn't matter.

#3 You're the master of your honey hole. You have a favorite fishing spot and know it better than anyone you know.

#4 You're not afraid to reveal a secret. You have a special technique or bait that you want to share with the world.

We'll also give special consideration to those who send us a video submission. You can record and deliver it in any format you want. A cell phone video email will work just fine. Just tell us why you meet the four criteria mentioned above and we may be fishing with you this year on Lunkerville.  Also let us know where and when you want to do the show.

email those submissions to: submissions@lunkerville.com

If you want to make your submission via snail mail and video tape, you can send it to:

Mike, this year we have to make this happen, if you want to set a date, let me know.

If you want to cover a CAST event, we have 2 that are tentative in Mass (the one down the Cape is pretty much a done deal) other than that, a few things that might be of interest.

CAST Fundraiser, put on by a 16 yr old girl- April 6th

CAST Alumni day-Held at state hatchery with 5 ponds,...loaded with big bass- Awaiting date from state agency

Other than that, let's go show off some Evo jigs and Cavitron Buzzbaits!! Say when buddy :)

FYI- I have anew job at UPS starting in a few weeks, I will be going in at 3am and will be out by 11 so a weekday is now an option (in RI) :)

russ... yes, we'll make it happen this season... sit tight and i'll be in touch.

we're getting a lot of submissions already, but most are emails only... i can't stress enough that a video submission will give you an advantage... it doesn't have to be of you on the water catching fish, just an explanation of why you think you meet the above criteria and why you would be a good guest... it can be shot on a home video camera or even a cell phone.
