Tpayneful Posted October 2, 2007 Posted October 2, 2007 The easiest way to shrink the size of a picture that I know of is....... 1 Open the picture with Microsoft Paint......Under the Accessories Menu 2 Click on Image 3 Click on Resize 4 Change the Horizontal and Vertical size to 40 or 50 percent. Make them both the same but smaller 5 Save the file under a new name PS......My son Andrew dresses himself. He picked the boots with the shorts! Of course I have a picture of me at five in shorts and boots TOO! It must be in the DNA! Quote

Baby gators are pretty cool > What you did was illegal I am not the police but I still wouldnt broadcast that you did this . I catch nuisance gators for a living. It requires a special Permit and agents license. Relocation doesnt work with gators they can find their way back from over 200 miles. Also what you have done is educate this alligator about people . Now he will be harder to catch next time when he becomes a problem. Thanks ! I can go on and on with the things people do wrong about gators . When you find another that is a problem call 1-866-FWC-GATOR and your countys trapper will take care of it . You could get fines and possibly time in jail for doing what you did. Just remember that next time OK baby Gators are not fun ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ I made the news a few days ago , we got a problem gator call and had to catch a small gator out of a swimming pool. here is a video clip. The little guy was tough to run down in a pool we didnt wanna set the hook in him with the fishing pole because it might puncture a lung so I waited till he came up for air and got him with a rope http://www.wftv.com/video/14228019/detail.html Here is a 9 1/2 footer that was relocated to the meat processor Quote

It was just a baby gator. I dont see why you would call the law. If I had a gator that was a problem I would call a professional. Baby Gators in this area are already used to people... if that matters. I guess you were never a kid once that was fascinated by florida wildlife? Quote

I guess you were never a kid once that was fascinated by florida wildlife? I don't think he was threatening to call the law, only trying to educate. His advice of not posting pictures of yourself breaking the law is good advice. While baby gators are a fascinating part of Florida's wild life it is illegal to handle them for a reason. The more used to people gators become the more apt they are to eat small people; also known as children; and pets. and to stay on topic: two bass on one cast. Of coarse I weighed them together. 2lb 8 oz Quote

Baby Gators in this area are already used to people... if that matters. I guess you were never a kid once that was fascinated by florida wildlife? well you missed my point I am not in law enforcement and I am not calling the law . I trap / have to catch alligators that get used to people and lose their fear of them. Its a tough job nothing like you see on TV . The more they get caught on fishing poles or caught by people then released the harder they are to catch when they need to be removed and they also become aggressive towards people . And yes I am fascinated by Florida wildlife everyday. and I am also saddened when an alligator or wildlife has to be killed because people thought it was cool to feed or mess with them. Now back to topic I caught this little guy at Haulover canal a few days ago Quote

Mrs. Matstone Posted October 8, 2007 Posted October 8, 2007 A few more that my daughter took while we were fishing... This is one of those rare shots of how close I actually got the fish before it came off the hook and swam away.. AAAhh! This is one of those moments that a husband and wife team have sometimes when the wife is doing it wrong and the hubby choses to tell her about it.. Quote
