Just wondering if you are allowed to give out opinions on online stores, positive and negative.

The reason I ask is that I just ran into one of the most annoying buying experience I have ever had with an online retailer and wanted to warn people to avoid the hassle...

Absolutely (unless you're a spammer) - let's hear it.

Unless the company is a BassResource.com sponsor you can NOT promote anyone you are affiliated with. ALL props are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Spam is NEVER allowed.

If you had a bad experience and would like to warn people, that's fine.

BUT

I expect that you've contacted the retailer directly, by phone, at least a few times, and talked to them to resolve the problem you are having.  This is NOT the place to air grievances in the hopes to "pursuade" a retail store to address your complaints.  NOR is it a place to bring your dispute.

Use of any public forum to resolve disputes is often unproductive, and unwarranted.

That said, if you did everything to solve the problem, including the above plus contacting relevant agencies (the Postal Service, BBB, etc.) and the issue was not resolved, THEN let's hear about it.

Thanks!

Ok thanks for the info.

I was wondering because I wanted to see what the deal was with a certain place and if anyone ever delt with them before. I got treated like crap, was blown off, was told a bunch of BS, and sent on my way.....

Just a bad way to run a business.....

That said, its done, and after thinking about it, I'm going to let this thread die.

Thanks for the info
