JTlunker83 Posted February 8, 2007 Posted February 8, 2007 This is an excellent site! I just wanted to get some feedback from ya'll to see if the Timber Tiger performs well. I generally like fishing in the shallows and I want to expand my topwater arsenal and I was wondering if it is worth it to throw a few in the tackle box. Thanks! Quote
Hawgin Posted February 8, 2007 Posted February 8, 2007 These are not really a top water bait, but they can be an effective shallow crank when used around fallen trees, etc. They are very good at coming through thick cover without getting hung up. Quote

mferris Posted February 8, 2007 Posted February 8, 2007 i use timbertigers alot..they do come through weeds very well and i have a couple that always seem to catch something..i don't know if it's the action or color...i think the only place you can get them now is yakima bait company..last time i checked i think the shallowest running bait was 1-2 ft..i would reccomend timber tigers to anyone Quote
