TENNESSEE NEWSOME Posted July 6, 2007 Posted July 6, 2007 I live in Tennessee and have been bass fishing here for quite awhile. My folks live in Florida and I was there last week doing some fishing. I couldn't believe how much wider the Florida bass were compared to the bass I catch here. Over and over, I thought the fish I was reeling in were 16 or 17 inch bass when in fact they were 12 to 14 inches. Anyone else ever notice the difference? The largemouth there were definately bigger fighters. No disrespect to the great state of Tennessee (cuz we of course have the best Smallmouth fishing! ). Quote
George Welcome Posted July 6, 2007 Posted July 6, 2007 My #1 comment heard from customers is how much these Florida bass fight. People are quite amazed by what they perceive as bass on steroids. Quote

" No disrespect to either you or the great state of Tennessee, TNewsome, but I think a couple of days on Lake Erie might just change your mind about that Quote
