Super User K_Mac Posted November 12, 2006 Super User Posted November 12, 2006 I think avid and RoLo make great points, and are both right. It just depends on the women. If you have a woman who is interested and willing to learn, and you won't let her go or are not willing to help and encourage her when she does, you are missing some real quality time with her. My wife is a very good fisherwoman, and we have had many great times together on the water. We enjoy our time together fishing, and since my health problems have kept us from going lately, we both miss it very much. On the other side of the coin, I've seen guys try to make their wives or girlfriends go fishing with them when they are not really interested. That is a bad idea. I am not saying that if your girl is a fisherwoman she should go everytime you do. Fishing with someone else or alone may sometimes be just what you (or she) needs. Just my .02. Quote
