Bill Dance was down here about 2 weeks ago to be inducted into the IGFA Hall of Fame. He stayed an extra day to sign books at the Bass Prp Shops in Ft. Lauderdale. For those of you who haven't had the opportunity, Bill is one of the nicest people I have ever met. My buddy Mike and I got to talk with him for about 45 minutes. What an incredible, congenial person he is. I really can't say enough about how nice he was. Just so you know, he says his favorite fish to catch is smallmouth and his favorite body of water is Pickwick Lake.

Anyway, here is a pic. From left is me (flying the UK blue), Bill Dance, my buddy Mike, and Bob Rich, who wrote the book that was being signed.

Good for you, Bill's a home grown, good old boy and I have always been a fan of his. That will make a good memory.

Cool.  I've watched Bill's show since the 70s.  I still think it's one of the best fishing shows.

What a treat!!   That's awesome for you.  8-)

I had the chance to speak with him for a short time this summer at the ICAST show in Vegas.  He is a true gentleman and a blast to talk with.  The man has a way of putting a smile on your face for sure. :)

That's great that you got to meet a legend! I have heard about how nice he really is in person.

Now let's see if we can get you in a decent shirt. I would be happy to give you one of my IU crimson shirts. LOL!  ;D
