Hale Posted July 30, 2006 Posted July 30, 2006 I try to get out about 5 days a week (the wife just loves that!!! >) Quote
BucketmouthAngler13 Posted July 30, 2006 Posted July 30, 2006 i have fished 9/10 days this summer. (and for over 3 hours a day. 11 hours being my record) Quote
cgs2004 Posted July 30, 2006 Posted July 30, 2006 When I'm away from home at college I try to get out at least once a week. When I'm back home I fish the lake we live on multiple times every day, an outing may last 5 minutes to 2 hours. Quote
Captain Cali Posted July 30, 2006 Posted July 30, 2006 2-4 times per week, 52 weeks per year. 4 is rare but I go at least 2 times per week. Quote
Bass Smacker Posted July 30, 2006 Posted July 30, 2006 Every day, being a kid is great! Live it up. If i was a kid agene I'd fish every day to . Quote
SBM-RL Posted July 30, 2006 Posted July 30, 2006 Ive fish probably 6 or 7 times a week but i dont go everyday i just fish more than once some days it also depends on if i get of work early or not sucks having to support yourself and your fishing. Quote
VekolBass Posted July 31, 2006 Posted July 31, 2006 At least once a week during the spring/summer/fall. I've fished three days in a row this weekend though. It's been a great weekend. Quote
56 crestliner Posted July 31, 2006 Posted July 31, 2006 IM a kid so whenever the rivers low i go out fishing . I also will got to old corries. and on the weekends that my mom lets us me and dad go out to lake erie in our boat. Quote
Zebco202 Posted July 31, 2006 Posted July 31, 2006 Once or twice a week usually. Sometimes more, sometimes less. When fall gets here that number will probably drop down to two or three times a month. I'm a football addict and have a hard time leaving the couch on Saturday and Sunday. If I go I like to stay for awhile, 5-6 hours at least. Quote
nboucher Posted July 31, 2006 Posted July 31, 2006 fishing from a kayak is a heck of a lot of fun! Amen, brother! I get out maybe twice a week, on average for maybe five hours at a time. It's usually in my kayak, which takes all of fifteen minutes to load up on the car. No gas to pay for, and when you hook a lunker you get a free ride! Quote
Guest bigtex Posted July 31, 2006 Posted July 31, 2006 1 to 2 times a month. Between family and work, that doesn't leave much time to fish, but I don't mind. I love spending time with my wife and little girl. Thats better than fishing to me. Quote
Super User senile1 Posted July 31, 2006 Super User Posted July 31, 2006 I average once or twice a week. Quote
Wildbillb Posted August 1, 2006 Posted August 1, 2006 Hey LBH, I have been waiting for you to chime in on this post. Are you trying to avoid it or what? Quote
Super User Gatorbassman Posted August 1, 2006 Super User Posted August 1, 2006 Hey LBH, I have been waiting for you to chime in on this post. Are you trying to avoid it or what? He's fishing. Quote
TLBassin Posted August 1, 2006 Posted August 1, 2006 I was going 2-3 times a week, until gas went WAY up. With the lake being a solid 30 minutes away, making it once a week is doing good around work and other things. Right now I just cant afford to go as much, but one of these days, Ill be out there all the time!!!! ;D Quote
ejtaylor822 Posted August 1, 2006 Posted August 1, 2006 As much as the wife will let me ;D Seriously, we have a pond on the back of our land that I hit at least 3 or 4 times a week. Look to get on some of the larger lakes and rivers around here, but, just can't seem to find the time. The pond is awfully convenient with some nice bass in it. Eddie Quote
titelinez Posted August 1, 2006 Posted August 1, 2006 I'm pretty much in the same boat as ejtaylor822 as far as the wife goes. I try to get to the lake at least once a week. When I can't make it to the lake I'll go fishing off the local wharf which has been happening once a week also. It's never enough Quote
volman33 Posted August 2, 2006 Posted August 2, 2006 it depends on what ive got goin on...if i dont have nothin to do for a whole week then ill usually go bout 4-5 days also dependin on the weather...if im workin then ill go one or twice a week...i go every frida, saturday, and sunday in the summer Quote
Laineisbosshog Posted August 2, 2006 Posted August 2, 2006 once or twice a week, if i had my choice it would be everyday Quote
Troutfisher Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 I'd safely say that I go about once every two weeks. Quote
wacky rig Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 summer and winter - once a week spring and fall - twice a week Quote
George Welcome Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 About 320-340 of the calendar days - daylight til 2-3 PM. Most often that is with customers onboard, however when not booked we fish to stay current with locations and conditions. That equates to 8000+ hours for me, and an equal number for my Son and partner Scott. Can you imagine, 16,000+ hours of observable bass fishing per year? Quote
biteme Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 About five days a week. I dont get the boat out much. Gas alone in the Hemi is killing me just to bank fish!! Quote
