FishKid Posted May 18, 2006 Posted May 18, 2006 For A project in school, I am required to make a presentation on a career. I believe that I am going to do fishing. Is there anyone out there that would like to contribute to my data. Any in fo on where you fish, and what would be great. Also, your biigest fish and greatest experience fishing. Thanks Quote
bassnleo Posted May 19, 2006 Posted May 19, 2006 If I may ask, why would info on where you fish, biggest fish, greatest experience, have to do with a presentation on fishing CAREER? Just an opinion, I would be gathering data from people who have made fishing a career such as guides, retailers, store/business owners, lodge owners, touring professionals etc... Quote

Guest avid Posted May 19, 2006 Posted May 19, 2006 we also have fishing journalists. And my personal favorite "Bass Bum". I don't suggest you include this one in your report. Quote
Super User Sam Posted May 19, 2006 Super User Posted May 19, 2006 Try to find Mike Iaconneli's book, Fishing on the Edge, as he tells about rising to the top of the sport and about the sport itself. It is an easy read. Maybe you can find some Cliff Notes on the book, too. Quote
