Super User K_Mac Posted April 12, 2006 Super User Posted April 12, 2006 What an amazing guy. He may be missing a few parts, but he has more heart than most. Thanks for the post. Quote
gajpb Posted April 12, 2006 Posted April 12, 2006 Makes me think twice about all the complaining I do. What a great guy and what a story--especially these days, when certain touring pros create such a negative display of sportsmanship for forgetting to keep their fish alive. And others who get busted for cheating during tournaments. And others, with all their arms and legs in other sports, who complain because they are under the microscope for taking performance enhancing drugs. Quote
uiubassmaster Posted April 12, 2006 Posted April 12, 2006 I saw a special on this amazing man on ESPN some time ago. It was a touching story and made me feel greatful for all that I've got. Quote
Low_Budget_Hooker Posted April 12, 2006 Posted April 12, 2006 I've had the pleasure of speaking with Clay. Clay also is an affiliate with the C.A.S.T. for kids Foundation. Clay brings alot more to the table than just fishing. We are hoping he will be in RI for the C.A.S.T. for kids event this September to share his story and lift a few hundred people to places they forgot they knew within themselves. He's amazing, that's for sure. Quote
