It's obvious that we all love bass fishing.  I assume you all watch bass fishing tv shows, subscribe to or at least read bass fishing magazines, and have bought a few bass fishing books.

Well...which are your favorites?

Bassin is my favorite mag

Advanced Bass Fishing by John Weiss is my favorite book and

I like KVD's books as well.

I don't have cable or satellite tv, but I do buy a lot of DVD's

KVD's are my favorite

Woo Daves video's are a close second.

BUT, I get my best information right here on this site!!!!!! ;D

Bassin' is a good mag.I like Bassmasters mag to.Al Linder,Classic Patterns(although I haven't seen it in awhile),and all of Bass Saturday on ESPN are my favorite shows.Haven't read to many books,I prefer "common fish scence" over being to book smart.

Bassin' is the favorite, Bassmaster mag is second for Bass fishing tips. I also like a couple of local mags, The Fisherman and On the Water magazine, a weekly and monthly which cover fishing in New England, with more emphasis on salt water than fresh.....

In-Fisherman and Inside Line are my two favorites, Bassmaster is a distant third.

My two favorite fishing books are both from In-Fisherman: #1 Smallmouth and #2 Largemouth.

TV show? Well, NO...I don't work for them...but In-Fisherman is my favorite show (Sunday morning at 6:00 around here).

I'm with Road Warrior, my favorites are all In-Fisherman, the Critical Concepts TV program, their magazine with tons of info for multiple species of fish, and their books.

I get Bassmaster and Bass Times but don't really consider either anything but bathroom reading. For television shows I feel that Lindners Angling Edge is the most informative with In Fisherman coming in second. Match Fishing is probably the most entertaining. I like Bass Champs because there are always some sweet Skeeter boats to drool over. ESPN2's saturday morning line up has a few bright spots as well. Even the worst fishing show is better than alot of the other stuff on tv.

I like Bassin alot. Like someone else said, I get the best information right here. I too buy alot of DVDs. I like the enthusiam of Stacey King. He gets me excited about what he talks about and keeps me interested. I like Woo Daves teaching style so I have all of his DVDs and VHS tapes. I have most, if not all, of KVDs videos. Woo and KVD teach on different things. Woo is good if you're just starting out. He was a tremendous help to me. Plus, when you write him, he writes back.

One thing I learned early on is you have to decide who you're going to believe. There is a lot of contradictory information out there. I settled on this website and have not been sorry. I get my most elementary questions answered without attitude.

Another vote for Bassin as the numero uno.  I used to really like Gary Yamamoto's inside line, but not so anymore.

Bass Times is refreshing becasue it talks alot about the conservation, and waterways.  Not just your typical "how to land that lunker"  stuff.  When they do get into tecniniques etc. it is pretty detailed.  Not your beginners mag.

this might throw you guys off a little..

TV shows: gary yamamoto's sugoi hour (features japanese top pros, most but not all are GYCB sponsored)

Fishing V: multi species but mosty bass.

Fishing mag: Lure Magazine, and Bass World (both japaese) however i also like in-fisherman, and the little of bassin that i have gotten a hold of was pretty good!

however this site is by far the most informative and has been the major factor in improving my skills, awareness and love for the sport of fishing! thanks to Glenn and every last member that makes this site what it is!
