Panamoka_Bassin Posted December 3, 2005 Posted December 3, 2005 Geez, there's BPS going up all over the place except for anywhere near me. The closest one is about 6 hrs away...BAH Quote
Shad_Master Posted December 4, 2005 Posted December 4, 2005 We just got one here about a month ago, be sure to sign up for the rewards point program -- you get 2 points for every $ spent on BPS or Red-Head gear and 1 point for every $ spent on everything else. 500 points = $10 in free merchandise. Have managed to find a reason to stop by four times since opening day (I was in line for that one), but have only managed to pick up a few bags of ZOOM Horny Toads for 1/2 price. Too much stuff, can't make up my mind -- have my Santa list all ready though Quote
mjbfsh07 Posted December 6, 2005 Posted December 6, 2005 Can't wait untill it opens. We have a great store up here in NH that has everything you would need for fishing in NE but a large retailer will definatley help when it comes to buying several types of rods. Feel is everything and I have had a tough time trying to feel a rod through my BPS magazine. Can't wait Quote
bassdocktor Posted December 6, 2005 Posted December 6, 2005 Yeah they have a new one going up in Illinois too. Can't wait this one will only be about 30mins away from me instead of over an hour. bassdocktor Quote
Super User Matt Fly Posted December 6, 2005 Super User Posted December 6, 2005 Besure and check your Hunting and Fishing State License handbook for BPS coupon for 20% off one Item. It was in the TX 2004 handbook, collected lots of those coupons, would use one for reel in the fihing Dept. One at the customer service window, and one at the regular registers for all my big items. Who knows, it may be your state giving you a little something extra to shop with. I have one located in Grapevine TX, near FT. Worth about sixty miles, But in the spring, Lake Ray Hubbard is having a grand opening on a new BPS that will only be 25 minutes away and is located on the lake so you can pull into there dock parking by boat and shop. Two Bass Pro Shops within a hours drive. Quote

rbreedi1 Posted December 9, 2005 Posted December 9, 2005 One just opened in Sevirville, Tn. on Tuesday. I went to the grand opening and it was great. Met bill dance, jimmy houston, and tim horton. Didnt really get a chance to look around since it was so crowded. Plan on going back here soon to spend some money! ;D Quote
