Those aren't Senkos, they are knock offs.  I bought the 50 pack you are talking about.  They look the same but aren't nearly as soft.  As a matter of fact, you can stretch them and they won't tear.  The salt content isn't the same (if any) either.  The one thing I did like about then is they have a slot in them where the hook lays to make it weedless.  I bring a lot of friends in my boat and when I'm using real Senkos and they ask me for one, guess what I give them!  Oh well, I knew they would come in handy for something.

great idea redtail. i'm getting tired of my buddies losing all my senko's, i'm gonna have to invest in some knock-off's to pawn off on them. but hey if they start catchin more than me with the knock-off baits then i'm gonna have to re-think my strategy.  ;)

There are guys who pour senko type baits but the gooduns never place them in e-bay, some of the pours are as good as or even better than the originals.

i just got some yum dingers from sports authority today and went and tried them out at the local pond for about 30 mins. i caught one small bass and  a slab brim on it. the brim was protectin its bed and i just felt like messin w/ him to see if it'd bite, sure enough.

Agreed, Take a look at the handpoured versions if you can find them. I make an awesome...I think pour but wouldn't dare put it on ebay...too many crap ones that sell too cheap, I could never get the price I wanted for them.

This is so funny. The guy that sells those 50 pack Sinko knock-offs is my neighbor. I found this out by buying some hooks from him. Instead of walking down the street and handing them to me. He charged me 5 bucks shipping and mailed them to me for 60 cents. I can't wait to tell him what is being said about his coveted baits. But he is funding his full time fishing career off these baits. That's what stinks.

I agree with earthworm77.  I also pour stick baits  and would never put them on ebay.  Too many bad knock offs out there.  If you can find some hand poured sticks, you will not be dissappointed. ; :)

I have found some very good knock-off's on Ebay. You have to try them all and then use the guy you like the best.

Anyone ever try these?

He calls them a "Ripper".  They are a hand pour and about 4 1/2 inches long.  Great for Drop shottin.
