BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted February 12, 2005 BassResource.com Administrator Posted February 12, 2005 Check it out! ;D MORE INFORMATION HERE Ya, I know, a little blatant adverstising on the site, but really I'd like your feedback on this and other products in the catalog. Send me an IM with your thoughts! Quote
Nick_Barr Posted February 12, 2005 Posted February 12, 2005 They are great. I like the graphics that you chose. Quote
Super User Sam Posted February 12, 2005 Super User Posted February 12, 2005 The sweatshirt is beautiful. I hope you have the heavy weight sweatshirt with 80% to 92% cotton and not the light weight style. Quote
earthworm77 Posted February 12, 2005 Posted February 12, 2005 Glenn, I don't think it is spamming if it your site!! LOL Quote
clooney Posted February 13, 2005 Posted February 13, 2005 In my opinion, it's nice but a little to conservative. It just doesnt get my juices flowing. I say more flash. Just my opinion. Quote
Big_Bass_Rich Posted February 13, 2005 Posted February 13, 2005 Yeah sorry I gotta agree with Clooney on this. Those sleeves look tiny and it looks a little tight all around. Fishermen these days want to look good and be comfortable. I'm a lot more comfortable in a looser fitting sweatshirt (with a hood is a huge bonus!). Hey just offering my honest opinion! But I LOVE the hat, towels & tournament shirt!! The T-shirt well yes it looks good but maybe some different colors offered (personally I don't wear white t-shirts.. doesn't look too good when I start sweating like a pig lol) might be a bit better. squid Posted February 13, 2005 Posted February 13, 2005 Do you have a pic of you wearing it? Let them see how well it fits, they are just looking at a pic of a shirt lying flat on a table. Come on big guy, model some more stuff for us...lol Quote
Super User Sam Posted February 13, 2005 Super User Posted February 13, 2005 Hi Glenn. The sweatshirt graphics are clean and professional. Nothing over the edge. Just a plain and professional presentation which is eye catching and appealing. I hope the sweatshirt is "heavy" meaning it has between 80% to 92% cotton. I like the "heavy" sweatshirts to keep you warmer than the lighter weight ones. Quote
squid Posted February 13, 2005 Posted February 13, 2005 It is a 50/50 polycotton Nublend yarn. So is it heavy material? Quote
BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted February 13, 2005 Author BassResource.com Administrator Posted February 13, 2005 Thanks for the responses. So much for IM. LOL It's a fairly heavy sweatshirt - not as much as you'd get with 100% cotton, but still pretty warm and thick. As for the fit, it's roomy. The elastic on the bottom keeps it from riding up on you, but it doesn't feel tight. Per your request, here's another shot. My, what a glam model I am! Quote
hipster_dufus Posted February 13, 2005 Posted February 13, 2005 how about some t shirts in the cool max or similar wicking material? us sweathogs done south need to be comfortable too Quote
Glass_Man Posted February 13, 2005 Posted February 13, 2005 Kewll......How do us computer illiterate guys find one ??? Glass man Quote

clooney Posted February 14, 2005 Posted February 14, 2005 II really like the style of the tournament shirts! Maybe in time you will come out with new colors like blue? What do you charge per hour for modeling? Nice job Glenn!! Quote
Madhouse27 Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 Glenn, this might be the start of a new modeling career for you. I'm sure there are some bassin gals out there that just found themselves a new screensaver lol. Quote
basser89 Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 Hmmmm, Christmas isn't that far off! I may have to pick up one or two! Might have to send some hints out for one myself! ;D Quote
BASSMAN1301599783 Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 I like it. Keepin it simple. I hate casual wear that has a buch of crap on it. Are you going to come out with a hooded version at all? Quote
Low_Budget_Hooker Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 PM sent. I have to disagree with many here. I personally would offer: Heavyweight sweatshirts, hooded s/s, mock t-necks w/ arm writing, vests, Shaped hats instead of the ones w/ the peak in front. t-shirts-embroidered/vaporwick visors no insult intended, opinion asked for Quote
senko_77 Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 great shirts glenn, but i gotta agree with russ on some off these points. its COLD in r.i. in the winter. and even tho im not a northern angler anymore, i still am fishin winter tournies in ga and its plenty cold at 4 in the morning Quote
BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted September 22, 2005 Author BassResource.com Administrator Posted September 22, 2005 It'd sure be nice to accomodate everyone's styles and preferences. Unfortunately, that's a very heavy investment for me! That said, I will take your suggestions and ideas to heart, and see what I can do - as I always have with this site. Thank you for the feedback. The clothing is either embroidered or silk screened (no cheesy iron-on decals here!). The quality is top-notch. I have very high standards, so I tested them all for a year for durability. The embriodery didn't fall apart, and the colors didn't fade - even after multiple washings and extended exposure to hot sunlight. The t-shirts, towels, sweatshirts, hats, and especially the tournament shirts are not cheap souvenirs. I hate that stuff! It's very hard to explain how warm the sweatshirts are. They're not super heavy, but they certainly aren't fly weights either! And they won't pill after multiple washings. Try them for yourself. I have a 30-day, money back guarantee if you don't like them. I've always believed that the measure of a company is the way they treat their customers. So with every order, I make this promise to you - the best quality, the best value, the best service. Guaranteed. Glenn Quote
bassackwards Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 yeah, it would defnitely be nice to get some flashy graphics on the shirt. somethin givin off this websites attractiveness... Quote
Fisher of Men Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 Man the thought of wearing a sweatshirt now here in Texas. . . not a chance. Today's the first day of fall and we're supposed to reach a record high of 101. - Good looking shirt, though. It would really be nice as a hoody though. Quote
bassackwards Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 yeap, everyone likes hoody's. they are quite the apparel. whatever is offered, a few things is goin on the christmas list. ;D Quote
