10 baits only

I'm wondering if you fished tournaments only as your only source of income what SPECIFIC 10 baits would you bring? Not just senkos but what color and kind? I brought this up because of a current topic in the tackle section about bait monkeys.

That's a tough one, I'll take a stab at it, in no favorable order:

1.) 5" green pumpkin senko

2.) 1/2 oz. white/chartruse spinnerbait

3.) pearl white bandit 200 crankbait

4.) firetiger bandit 200 crankbait

5.) 5/16 oz. brown jig w/ trailer

6.) white buzzbait w/ gold blade

7.) 4" watermelon/ red flake tube

8.) green pumpkin baby brush hog

9.) chartruse blue back bandit 200 crankbait

10.) chartruse blue back DD-22

That's probably not my top 10 baits but for a tourney I think it gives a pretty good selection for anything you may incounter. I'm not too comfortable with dropshot but if you are I'd definatly add that in there.  I'm a bit partial to green pumpkin but I changed the color of the jig and tube for a little more variety

Ok Bass master, we discussed this about a moth ago, I 'm old school, pre-senko era old fart. I only need:

Spinnerbait single colorado gold blade 3/8 oz Lime & Chartreuse

Black jig 1/2 oz

A pack of 5 inch grubs watermelon w orange & green metalflake.

Hooks and a small assortment of sinkers of different weights.

With that I have covered most fishing situations I could encounter.

- Bagley 3" Dredge (sinking, no rattle dives to 22') - Tennessee Shad color

- 1/2 oz Devils Horse in chrome (bet you didn't know these once came in several sizes)

- 3/8 oz Pro Rattletrap (the one where the line goes throught the lure and ties directly to the hook) in chrome

Ace I 've never used those Rat L 'Traps you 're mentioning, what 's special about them besides the way they are tied, do they sound different or wiggle different than the regular ones  ? would you tie them for heavy woody cover ?
