Daniel, looks like a Norman to me too but it could also be a cheaper copy made overseas.

used to have one of these years ago, white w/blue back.

have no idea how i wound up with it and really no idea where i put it.

that said, i do remember it fished much like a lil n.

That is an older Norman Little N.  It has the same body as the Deep Little N, but has the small, shallow diving lip.

The color looks like one of the translucent Color-C-Lector colors from the early 80's.

It is one of the early Alphabets Baits, either a Cotton Cordell Big O or a Bill Norman's Little N.

How do you tell the difference between N's & O's?

Look at the eyes! The eyes on the Little N are located more towards the center & top, when looked at from the side it gives them an almost oval shape.

As Brad stated it's one of the translucent Color-C-Lector colors  :)
