I'm from Wichita KS.  Thats where mama dropped me and I been here ev'r since. I fish a few local ponds and some private ponds. I get to the lakes occasionally but not often. I'd be interested in any info from my fellow Kansans out there to increase my catch. Who knows maybe I can help you out.

P.S.  SWilliams my in-laws live in Idabell I get down there a few times a year. Any where besides Beavers Bend to fish down there? Or maybe some tips for BB?   :-/

born in Pontiac, Michigan...transplanted to Lake Marion SC at the tender age of 7.  Couldn't have picked a better spot to cut my fishing teeth than Santee, SC on the highly prized banks of Marion.  Now i fish local ponds as well as some of the large lakes in the midlands region of SC.

Broken Bow is an awesome lake. One of my favs. Extremely clear and DEEP! I like to fish up the river end as most do, but I've been able to catch fish all over. I like throwing a green jig with a green pumpkin trailer. Salt craws, and crankbaits have done me wonders over there as well. If you like to sight fish this is the lake to do it!
