i wonder what it is?

when the weeds start to drop, i cast them on the far side of them and rip them through, most of the time to get a strike

I have used many of storms lures and I agree with the others. This type of bait does have it's time and place but when the bite is one then they are a great lure!!! I have a few but not a lot of them, I like to finesse minnows the best, they are almost like the banjo minnows but they work alot better and I have made plenty of money in tournaments with the finesse minnow. ;)

Storm wild eye's is a very good swimbait for the price. I have seen days where they are all the fish want and days where the fish will eat anything but these. I do like the storm minnow better then the eyes, but I have bolth, the main problem with the wild eyes is that the package will bend the tails making them bad. I only fish a wild eyes swimbait if the tail is perfect

I have been playing with these Storm lures for quite a while and have to say I have not been impressed with the results.  I thought they might work well in deep water and have yet to catch many fish with them.  I see guys on TV using them and can't seem to find the right time or conditions for these to produce for me.

I've only ever used them for Northerns here.  Never caught a bass on one, though.

They worked for Snapper Blues off the peir in Sheepshead Bay , I only tried it once last year, I am going to give it a shot this summer!

The best "Cheap" Swimbait out there in my mind!! Totally worth it.  Caught mutiple 5+lbs on them.  My best personal one day 5 fish weighed 23lbs, all caught on the Wild Eye's!  However just like any other swimbait, there are times and places for it and I have a hard time puttin them down and i've had alot of days with 0's.
