Nick_Barr Posted April 14, 2005 Posted April 14, 2005 vexilar makes a depth and thermometer for bank fisherman, it is seven dollars and it can attach to your line ot you can just set it in the water for 20 seconds and it gives you a good reading. Quote

They are usually found in stores or catalogs in with fly fishing stuff and are in the vicinity of $10. I have one of those Vexilar units and it did not work well either for temperature or depth.
