Couple weeks ago after a constructive comment from RW I kept on fishing for Bass, in addition to my normal quarry.  In the last 2 weeks or so I've caught no less than 10 6+# fish 2 of them were 8-10 range, 2 this just this morning around 6 each( caught 2 snook too :) ), all from shore.

Shoot...It's just the best time of year to target these fish.

Other species may be more exciting for you, but they have

their "best time", too.  Most of us don't have a legitimate

opportunity to catch a DD bass, but you do and I hope you

catch a bunch!

The above exchange is what this forum is all about.

Guys sharing tips, and getting some positive feedback for their efforts.

How cool is this?

As far as I'm concerned fishing is fishing no matter where you are doing it. My saltwater inshore fishing has made me a more product freshwater fisherman because I eliminate all the ***, 1 rod, 1 or 2 lures and just go fish. It's all about putting your time in and being in the right place at the right time, when they are on they are on and when off, just enjoy the day and don't take it personal.
