indymusky Posted September 7, 2010 Posted September 7, 2010 Went out with julian(sam bass) to the big b (lake barrett and we did some damage. It was a day fiiled with healthy sized bass. The topwater really didnt turn on and the soft plastics seemed to be the ticked. flylines stickbaits on floro with drop shot hooks seemed to work the best along with jigs first good one #2 #3 And julian got into some chunks as well. heres a real good one from julian Quote

indymusky Posted September 7, 2010 Author Posted September 7, 2010 It's Cali, you should be banging out 30 pound bags, lol. Nice job haha yea thats what i thought before i moved out here. These socal waters are the most pressured bodies of water in the country and are usually the clearest. All those bass i caught are northern strain not florida strain and theres no trout stock. Even on the lakes with florida strain at the tourny weigh ins more then 60 percent dont catch a limit and most are won on 15lb or less. and thanks for the compliments guys it was a blast. Quote

Fat-G Posted September 7, 2010 Posted September 7, 2010 Sholy hit man. Craziness right there. I really like the way you're holding the fish in the first pic...it gives the fish a whole lotta justice. Quote
