Fell off the boat into the drink.

We were both pitching the same head from the front of the boat I leaned right, boat went left plop.

Phone in pocket done, wallet wet, money license ID card wet.

Oh well, its always a wake up call, thank God it was 90 degrees out and Ii was dry in about an hour.

I saw that happen to this guy once on a small lake, super cold morning, ruined his day.  From that point on I carry a full change of clothes in the boat at all times.  You just never know.

That's actually a good ideal and your right you never know. I bet though it was a laugh Gar-tracker. I yet, knock on wood feel in very close when my seat broke and I was hanging for dear life. My back was in and I  had my rain suit on so didn't get wet. My brother used his  weight to try and level the boat and help pull me back up. Now with up me and gear would been under and gone. The boat is only 3' foot wide.

As the weather starts to get cooler I will put a bag full of dry clothes in the boat.

I recently bought a waterproof box to put in the boat.  As soon as I get in the boat my wallet and cell phone go in there.  I sweat enough during the day to completely soak whatever is in my wallet.

I understand how you feel although I have never fallen out of a bass boat I have come close. My good friend has fallen out of his Bass Cat two times.

I put keys and cell phone in a compartment.

I take my drivers license, one credit card, fishing license, Blue Cross card and AAA membership card with me in a watertight plastic holder and keep it in my pocket.

Also sneak a transistor radio on my boat so I can listen to the football games when things get slow.  ;D   ;D   ;D

And by the way, our club mandates everyone take a dry set of clothes with them during the winter in case they need to change.

I wrap them in a bath towel.  :)
