Super User bassfisherjk Posted August 19, 2010 Super User Posted August 19, 2010 Hi everyone,a buddy and I went to Raystown yesterday. We launched at Aitch, and fished our way out of the "no-wake" then motored over to Brumbaugh Bay.Caught 6 bass each,I caught all of mine on Zoom Baby Brush Hogs green pumpkin color. My friend Mike used a Zoom Fat Albert grub also in green pumpkin. All but 2 fish were caught in Brumbaugh. H2o temp. was 79,air was 60's to mid 70's and overcast.Had a great outing, sorry no pictures. Quote
SCangler91 Posted August 19, 2010 Posted August 19, 2010 Wish we could have water temp and weather temp like that. Last time out at the lake the water temp was 88-91 througout the day. Quote
NateFollmer Posted August 19, 2010 Posted August 19, 2010 I hope that water temp starts dropping and those muskie's start to stir up! We should be seeing some Striper action soon! As soon as that happens the fishing will be the best all the way around. Those stripers move the baitfish around and the large and small mouths will follow. Quote
fishincop640 Posted August 21, 2010 Posted August 21, 2010 I have a tournament next Saturday at Raystown.....hope the water temp stays down.....It was a lot hotter than that two weeks ago!! Anyone gets down there prior to next saturday let me know how it goes and what they're biting on. Quote
