This morning me and one of my best buddys left the boat at home and went out in some float tubes. Right away (believe it or not) i put on a saltwater mirrolure. After a few cast the first fish was on a solid 5 pounder!!. that catch pumped me up and it was on, i ended up catching another and another and before i knew it i had 5 fish for the morning in like an hour! So we dicided to walk over to the other lake and fish it for a while and just the same i ended up landing three more fish and my first ever bass double hook up. Remember this is all on a saltwater lure. Well we were about to head out and decided to make on more cast before we headed for the other lake. What do you know hook up i brought the fish tube side and just before i grabbed him he takes off runs under the tube and runs one trble hook straight into my calf..... :-[ :-/ fellas let me tell u i've had hooks driven through my thumb before but this was way more painful than that and worse the fish got off. even though i suffered a bit of stinging for awhile i discoverd a new lure for that lake. :)
