I was twitching the tube almost subsurface when I saw the mouth. I went in up to my knees. The head was very large, I always heard that was due to over-population. Quote

Mattlures Posted July 17, 2010 Posted July 17, 2010 Nice fish. The head is not overly large. The body is under nurished. If the fish was healthier the head would look normal. If you wanted to help that pond out you should have a fish fry and keep all the small ones you can catch. Then once you have reduced the population you could stock some adult forage fish. If you put small ones in they will just be food. Quote
