Can someone give me the belly and tail hook sizes for the Mann's C4 and Waker Elite Series?

I emailed them asking for because I need to replace the hooks, but I guess I wasn't important enough for them to email me back.

I will have to see if I can find them but if I had to guess I would say size 4.
