I caught this gal yesterday at Fayette County lake here in Texas Saturday 06/19/10.Beat my old PB by 3oz.I was flipping open spots in grass mats with a Texas rigged Watermelon Red & Black Rage Tail Space Monkey With a 3/8oz black tungsten weight and a 5/0 Gammy EWG.You should have heard the 50lb Power Pro scream. It was music to my ears.As soon as I set hook she ran deep into the thick stuff.I horsed her out with a custom rod from dick.(His rods are awesome)The scale was juggling between 9.4 and 9.5 so we called it 9.4.Caught 2 more that went over 5 despite massive wind.I still have the jitters when I think about winching her out.A DD bass may be here soon. For the trip me and my buddy went threw 4 packs of Space Monkeys and caught around 50 bass.He was using Green Pumpkin with it tipped with chart Spike IT.Its a Trip I'll never forget.

GOTTA LOVE THE SPACE MONKEY!!!!
