HuntFishAK Posted June 21, 2010 Posted June 21, 2010 Took the wife out Saturday evening and she caught a PB. This was only her second smallie and she caught her first just minutes before. She thought she was snagged and jerked her line a couple times. Well, this "snag" pulled back. She fought this fish like a pro. Letting it run and not horsing it. After the realease, she was shaking like a leaf. I love watching her catch fish. I on the other hand, only caught a few dinks. Doesn't matter though. Quote

HuntFishAK Posted June 21, 2010 Author Posted June 21, 2010 PB stands for personal best. My wife just started bass fishing this year. A bit more info about this fish. She was using a pumpkin seed Cabela's brand swimsenko. A tiny largemouth had bitten the paddle tail off and she asked me if it would still work. I guess it would. Tony - I'll have to mark the spots where I've been catching fish on a map for when you get back. Quote
D4u2s0t Posted June 21, 2010 Posted June 21, 2010 the look on her face says it all! I know when my fiance gets a nice fish, (she comes fishing with me very rarely. few times a year at most) I probably enjoy it more than her, just to see that look is amazing! Quote
