went out this morning for a lil bit to try and figure out this braid. threw around some 4" stick baits and landed a few small LMs. went around to my other spot and seen some pea's cruising the shallows (9:15 to when i left at 10:15am). there were two of them that were surrounded by baby pea's. so tossed my stick bait in front of their face. one of them just kept on swimming right over it , the other picked it up and knew she was hooked before i did. i seen her go take off to the surface to try and shake it off, but thats when i realized she had it and set the hook. a minute later , i got her.

Only thing I miss catching in freshwater are peas, none to be seen in Palm beach County.  Really a very minimal effort in freshwater these days.
