pondassasin Posted April 26, 2010 Posted April 26, 2010 Took a trip to a small lake in the Ocala National Forest on Saturday. It was absolutely the best trip of my life. My friend and I each caught 17 bass and we each caught our personal bests back-to-back within 3 minutes of each other. We found a little honey hole off the beaten path that we actually had to beat down a path to get to! It was well worth the 20 minutes of boat dragging to get to our new bass heaven. Speed worms, shadalicious swimbaits, horny toads and flukes were killin em all day. My friend caught the 8 pounder and I got the lil 4.5 pounder! Quote
