4-10-10 with 20 mph winds and whitecaps

leigh and i took on titicus yesterday at 2 pm after i got off work.we caught a total of 2 fish so at least we didn't get skunked.after a 30 degree drop in temps from earlier in the week and bluebird skys with high pressure we were hoping for the best.somehow my picture of his 3 lber got erased so i only have my 2-4.it was fat and fought well.it was caught on a lipless crank in 58 degree water.leigh caught his on that keitech bait that all you guys are in love with.even with the anchor we were still drifting around .we were marking hardly any fish deep or shallow and the total lack of weeds is very alarming.what happened to this lake?i have a feeling most of the fish are in the back end but with no boat control in a rowboat i wasn't venturing back there in 20 mph winds with whitecaps.

it has some big bass in it but it's really hard to fish at times.sometimes the fish get really lockjawed.i hardly ever get skunked but it's not a place for massive numbers of fish.the best i ever did was 13 fish in one day but then again they were all between 5 and 6 lbs.
