When you are wanting to fish so bad that you go out and fish this stuff. Just the small area in the picture is the only spot I could fish.

Out of all the places I could fish this was the only one that didn't still have ice on it all the way.

1/16 ounce bite me shakey head with a 3 inch yum French fry style bait in bluegill color.  I don't remember what the actual name of the bait is I don't have original package anymore  that was the only part of the water that wasn't ice. Trees every where too

it was worth it though eh? God I am glad my lakes dont freeze over - I dont know how you live with that  - you need an ice-breaker-boat or something! Or you need some global warming!

Dude I totally know. I don't have frozen lakes but I no longer live in an area when I can just get off work & go fish. So instead I practice flipping & pitching in my apartment. 

I am however not desperate enough to buy a fishing video game.  Of course I don't have a 360 or a Wii other wise I just might.   ;D

maybe not quite desperate but I caught myself driving home from cabelas with a lake fork craw tube in my hand and I couldn't stop smelling it just because it reminded me of fishing. people are still driving on the lakes around here so it will be a while.
