HuntFishAK Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 If this forum is like anyother fishing/hunting forums, y'all thrive on pics. And since I'm new, I thought I would share a couple. I caught both of these at Long Lake (aka Lake Spokane) within an hour of each other from shore on a Matzuo Hunting Dawg, which nothing more than a Sammy. But at $2.50, I'll take it. Enjoy! Quote
BassDeaton01 Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 Nice fish man! You're right about people loving the pics here. What did the bottom fish weigh? Quote
HuntFishAK Posted October 27, 2009 Author Posted October 27, 2009 You know, I have no idea. Figures the day I catch 2 big fish that I left my scale at home. I would guess 5 to 6 lbs. Quote
-HAWK- Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 You know how they say "A picture is worth a thousand words". Well in the fishing world "A picture is priceless". Nice fish, And Welcome aboard. Quote
BassDeaton01 Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 Whatever they weighed...no doubt some nice fish there!! Quote

Super User Grey Wolf Posted October 27, 2009 Super User Posted October 27, 2009 Welcome. Great bass. Quote
Super User Paul Roberts Posted October 27, 2009 Super User Posted October 27, 2009 You know, I have no idea. Figures the day I catch 2 big fish that I left my scale at home. I would guess 5 to 6 lbs. Love it. What counts is the fishing, not the numbers. Great post, great pics. Welcome! Hey, the Huntin' Dawg isn't made anymore apparently. I bought out what I could of them. They are really inconsistent though in function. I ended up drilling holes to re-balancing some of them. Would have been better off buying a couple Sammy's I think. But, when they are balanced right, they sure do catch fish. Quote
HuntFishAK Posted October 27, 2009 Author Posted October 27, 2009 I must've gotten lucky then. The 2 that I have work great. One of them sports a wicked scar from a 3 foot tiger musky that inhaled it. I ended up losing that fish at the dock. Quote
mrlitetackle Posted October 30, 2009 Posted October 30, 2009 welcome here..... and as you (correctly) presumed... yes, thank you for the pics!! good job man! Quote
