so the bass fishing has been pretty slow these past few months, been doing some trout fishing.  When all else fails, I break out the ultralight and worms for some bluegills and perch lol.  But it just figures, I spent all morning in the boat, all over the lake, and then got this one from shore after I put the boat away.  almost an even 4.5 pounds (i'm holding it right next to my head, it's not held out at all) and a pretty big fish for my neck of the woods. (d**n southerners and their BIG fish lol)   Took a quick pic, and got it right back in.  On top of catching a great fish, it was my first with the baitcaster, and also my first on the smokin rooster.  Tripple bonus!
