Hawk and I went out to the lake this evening around 6:15. There was a slight chop on the water and overcast skies. The conditions seemed to be in our favor so we were pretty exited to have some fun.

The bite started off really good with bass busting bait all along the shore. Hawk and I hooked up on a couple decent fish right off the bat. We boated I think 6 or 7 fish in an hour before the sun went down.

Once the sun went down it was like someone drained the lake of all fish. The mosquitos came out in FULL force, the wind died and the lake went flat.

Hawk and I managed to boat 2 or 3 fish over the next 1.5 hours. Those 2-3 fish were also the only hits we had in the dark.

Here are a few pic's for your enjoyment.

LOL, the last picture is freaky.

Even though I was eaten alive by the mosquitoes. I had a great time. This Lake is incredible, we just need to fish during the day so we can show everyone some big OL fatties.

Looks like you guys did pretty good! Those bass look fat and healthy.

Hope all of us south florida guys can get our schedules lined up for a fishing trip sometime.

By the way...is that fishing spot off of the turnpike?  ::)

I hate Osborne and all connecting lakes.  The lake we were fishing is a private lake accessible only by me. ;)

Nice pics!

Do you keep the camera in your contraband bag?

I think you're suppose to turn that stuff in before

going fishing.

:D

LOL.  I don't know what happened.  The camera worked fine until I turned it to the flash setting.

Doug, your camera is definitely whacked out. Not only did it blur the last picture, but it also shrunk all of the bass by at least 3 pounds. ;D ;D

Nice fish guys. It looks so nice down there, instead of up here with all the rain were having up here in the North.
